The Year 11 students have been focussed on completing all of their Prefect duties brilliantly, showing their maturity and commitment to the ethos of Spalding Academy.

This time of year we go through the process of selecting the Head Student Team, the selected students have lots of responsibilities that involve representing the Academy. Students must write a formal letter of application in order to be considered for the role and a shortlist is then interviewed by members of the Senior Leadership Team. We believe this process really helps students prepare for the interview process they will go through in the ‘real world’ and gives them great experience.

There were lots of applications, we have so many fantastic students it made the job of selecting the students very difficult! Below is a picture of our Senior Prefect Team.
