All of the schools at South Lincolnshire Academies Trust are proud to promote the values of diversity, equality and inclusion, and one of the ways we do this is through our outstanding programme of PSHE and SMSC lessons.
This term our students learnt more about LGBTQ+ values and attitudes and supporting all other minority groups by creating amazing displays of artwork and positive messages which can be seen in each school.
In Term 2, each school will introduce a positive ‘Progress Pride Group’ where students can get information and support regarding any minority group so they will have someone to talk to.
Our PSHE (Personal, Social, Health and Economic Education) and SMSC (Social, Moral, Spiritual and Cultural) programme makes a significant contribution to students’ personal development and are fundamental to developing the qualities and attributes that students need to thrive as individuals, family members and members of society.
The photos below are a selection from Spalding Academy, Bourne Academy and Giles Academy to show all of our schools are united.
