Trampoline Team take home the medals from Superzone Competition

The South Lincolnshire Superzone Trampoline Competition was held at Bourne Academy on Tuesday 23rd November and we had a team of ten students from Year 9 and Year 10 travel take part in the competition.

In the NOVICE category which was out 15 competitors, we received a clean sweep of medals with our seven competitors finishing in the top eight places!

3rd – Vilte Bernotaite
4th – Wiktoria Chmielewska
5th – Nicole Koskinska
6th – Livia Koperkiewicz
8th – Olivia Mohale

In the INTERMEDIATE category which was out of 11 competitors, we once again finished in the top places with our three competitors finishing 1st, 2nd and 5th.

1st – Eveline Cale
2nd – Angelika Kedra
5th – Dija Eirosiute

The top four scores for the school from Eveline, Angelika, Lily and Dija were then added together to make a team total, which gave Spalding Academy second place out of the five schools who competed.

Miss Ringrose, who coaches the Spalding Academy Trampoline Team said “All of the team were a credit to the school, with excellent behaviour, dedication to training and beautiful routines on the day. Congratulations to everyone who took part.”
