Take a look inside the new PE changing rooms
Over the next few years, the students at Spalding Academy will be benefiting from brand new facilities as the school accommodates another 30 year 7 students every year from 2022-26 due to the high demand in places.
The first of these new facilities is a brand new £300,000 PE changing block, which is conveniently located to the rear of the school next to our floodlit outdoor astro pitch and grass pitches.
The modern changing facilities have two separate changing areas with the luxury of underfloor heating. There is now even more space for our students and travelling teams from other schools to change and keep their clothes and personal belonging clean and safe.
There are ramps leading up to the building so they are fully accessible to all students and toilets can be accessed from the outside for easy access during lessons or matches.
There are also laundry and office facilities on-site making this much more than a standard changing room.
