After school fixtures

AS A GENERAL RULE

Home fixtures – 5:30pm pick up time

Away fixtures – 6/6:30pm depending on venue/travel

Throughout the year students will be required to attend after school fixtures that may be home or away. Travel will either be by walking, coach or school minibus (which will be driven by a fully qualified driver). Students will be brought back to school & will need collecting or walk home. Any other arrangements for collecting your son/daughter will need to be provided by letter.

If your child has any medical condition that may affect their participation, please notify their Form Tutor by letter in order to update our medical records. If your child suffers from Asthma or any other medical condition, they must notify the member of staff taking the students & ensure that they have their medication with them at all times.

Students will need to look at the Team Notice Board on at least a weekly basis, if selected for a team students will need to tick & initial by their name on the team sheets. When they initial & tick by their name, they are signing to say that they have made you aware that they will be late home from school that night. Additional information will be provided to the students when it becomes available and the school website will provide information regarding the location of the fixture & likely return times. We also ask students to take their mobile phones with them to all fixtures. This is to allow them to notify you of any changes to arrival times due to any traffic issues.
