Year 7 students improving learning with Bedrock Vocabulary
Year 7 students improving learning with Bedrock Vocabulary
One of the ways in which we help improve students vocabulary and academic achievements is using ‘Bedrock Vocabulary’. This online tool is used in the classroom and can also be used at home so parents can work with their children. The programme significantly helps with vocabulary acquisition and is proven to positively impact on outcomes for when students study at GCSE level.
Our Year 7 students have made an outstanding start to the term and we recognise and reward our students achievements for top performers and most improved. Jacob Herman and Charlie Lowe received £5 gift vouchers for their achievements this month.
