Recruitment Roadshows attract new teachers and support staff
Over the last two weeks, we have held Recruitment Roadshows at Giles Academy and Bourne Academy to give prospective applicants the opportunity to speak to our staff face-to-face and find out about the variety of opportunities available at all the schools in our Trust.
We will be requiring more teaching and support staff this academic year and in September 2025 due to growth across the Trust with an expansion in our curriculum and facilities.
It was great to see so many people visit who want to join our Trust, especially with parents and former students who want to progress their career with us. We welcomed experienced teachers from other schools as well as those who want to gain teaching qualifications to kick-start their teaching careers. In addition to teaching, visitors were interested in a variety of support roles in our schools including Teaching Assistants, Invigilators and within the Admin and Pastoral teams.
These events coincided with the exciting development that South Lincolnshire Academies Trust are a new Lead Partner with Lincolnshire ITT to provide Initial Teaching Training in secondary schools across Lincolnshire. This will provide even more opportunities for recent graduates and career changers to start a rewarding career in teaching.
If you are interested in working for our Trust, you can visit the Vacancies section on our Trust website and ‘Register your Interest’ and we will contact you when new vacancies become available.
