Recruitment Roadshows attract new teachers and support staff

On Tuesday and Thursday this week, we held Recruitment Roadshows at Giles Academy and Spalding Academy to give prospective applicants the opportunity to speak to our staff face-to-face and find out about the variety of opportunities available at all the schools in our Trust.

We will be requiring more teaching and support staff this academic year and in September 2024 due to an increase in student numbers and the rapid growth of our Trust with an expansion in our curriculum and facilities.

This was the first time we have run these roadshows, and it was great to see so many people visit who want to join our Trust. There were experienced teachers from other schools, those who are wanting to start their teaching careers and people interested in a variety of support roles in our schools including Teaching Assistants, Invigilators and within the Admin and Pastoral teams.
