Sixth Form Open Evening welcomes students from across the region
With outstanding results for A-levels and BTECs, the SLAT Sixth Form at Bourne Academy is proving to be a popular choice – not only for students at Bourne Academy, but from other secondary schools across Lincolnshire, Rutland and Cambridgeshire.
At the Sixth Form Open Evening last week, there were over 300 students plus their parents to visit the Sixth Form with half of these visitors coming from other secondary schools eager to see why so many students are making the choice to study with us.
Thank you to everyone who visited and were able to attend and were able to attend a presentation in the main hall plus visit the subject departments to speak to teachers and students. In addition to this, visitors were able to find out key information for applications, careers, bus transport and bursaries.
Due to the popularity of our Sixth Form, we advise that all applications are made by Monday 15th December 2025 in order to allow us to allocate your preferred subject choices. Applications made after this date may have limited subject options, but can still apply.
