Inclusivity

At South Lincolnshire Academies Trust we have a range of ways to promote the values of diversity, equality and inclusion working to support all minority groups in school, including LGBTQ+, BAME, students of different racial backgrounds and equality rights for women.

Weekly supportive club welcoming all students

PSHE

PSHE makes a significant contribution to students’ personal development and are fundamental to developing the qualities and attributes that students need to thrive as individuals, family members and members of society.

EAL

We celebrate the fact that some of our young people speak more than one language and acknowledge their ability to use a variety of community languages.

SEN

The Academy works in partnership with the local authority and all professionals to support all students and enable each student to achieve their potential both academically and with their social and emotional development.
