World Challenge expedition to Nepal develops leadership skills

A group of ten students from Spalding Academy and Bourne Academy are embarking on exciting expedition to Nepal this week (from 13th July 2022) with ‘World Challenge’ who specialise in leading students on trips around the globe.

This amazing opportunity is designed to develop students leadership skills as well as exploring this cultural country with golden temples, fluttering prayer flags, roaring rivers and ice-capped mountains.

Mrs Penny Watt, Head of Department for Religious Studies at Spalding Academy is leading the trip said “All the students are so excited about this cultural experience, what a life-changing opportunity they have been given. I know they will flourish as young individuals and come back with the most exciting stories.”
